Questions about pricing
What is a Monthly Active Conversation?
A chat thread between you and a customer within a calendar month. The first message either of you sends starts it, and everything exchanged after that counts as the same conversation. If the same customer starts a new thread later, that is a second conversation.
What if I go over my plan's limit?
Your messaging is never interrupted. Pricing follows whichever tier your conversations fall into that month: grow from 1,500 to 1,600 and that month is billed as Growth. Drop back the next month and you return to Starter automatically.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
Your plan covers the SymplChat platform. Meta's WhatsApp Business API charges are billed by Meta separately, based on message volume and type (marketing, utility, service). We walk you through the full cost during onboarding.
How much do the AI features cost?
AI Prompts, AI Assist and AI Chat Summary are included on every plan at no extra cost, with generous fair-use limits most stores never reach. A custom-trained AI agent is the paid add-on above.
How does the free month work?
Every plan starts with one month free, no credit card required. Install SymplChat from the Shopify App Store, connect your WhatsApp Business number, and your first month is on us.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale are 20% less when billed annually, and Lite is Rs 84,000 a year. Use the Monthly / Annual switch at the top of this page to compare.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Upgrades take effect immediately and cancellations at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Annual and high-volume plans can also be invoiced by bank transfer.
