A Monthly Active Conversation is a chat thread established between you and a customer within a calendar month — it starts the moment either of you sends the first message. Every message exchanged back and forth after that within the same thread, no matter how many messages either side sends, still counts as just one conversation, not one per message. If that customer starts a new thread with you later in the month, that's a second conversation. This is the single metric SymplChat uses to size your plan.

Your messaging is never interrupted. If you exceed your plan's Monthly Active Conversation limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade to the next plan or purchase an add-on bundle to cover the overage. You stay in full control of when and how you scale up.

For example: Starter covers up to 1,500 Monthly Active Conversations for Rs 18,000/month. If your conversations grow to 1,600 in a given month, that month falls into the Growth tier (1,501–5,000 conversations), billed at Rs 38,000. If your conversations drop back to 1,500 or below the next month, you return to Starter pricing at Rs 18,000 automatically — you only pay for the tier your usage actually falls into that month.

AI Prompts, AI Assist, and AI Chat Summary are included at no extra cost on every SymplChat plan — Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. We apply a fair-use policy with generous limits that the vast majority of stores will never reach, so you can use AI without worrying about surprise charges.

AI Comments Monitoring scans comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts and ads in real time, and instantly alerts your agents when it detects a dangerous, threatening, or brand-risk comment. It's included at no extra cost on every SymplChat plan — Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise.

SymplChat's plan fees cover the platform and are sized by Monthly Active Conversations. Meta's WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are a separate, Meta-billed cost based on message volume and type (marketing, utility, service) — unrelated to your SymplChat plan tier. We'll walk you through the full cost breakdown during onboarding.

Add-on bundles let you top up specific limits — extra Monthly Active Conversations, marketing messages, or automations — without upgrading your entire plan. Useful for peak sale periods like Eid or Black Friday when your volume temporarily spikes.

Yes. AI Agent Implementation is a paid add-on available on any SymplChat plan. We train a dedicated AI agent on your store's own catalog, policies, and FAQs so it can answer customer queries automatically — Basic (Rs 20,000 one-time + Rs 5,000/month) for simple catalogs, Advanced (Rs 45,000 one-time + Rs 10,000/month) for larger catalogs and custom workflows, and Enterprise (custom pricing) for multi-store setups. The monthly fee covers hosting, inference, and ongoing retraining as your catalog and policies change.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time — there are no long-term contracts. Upgrades take effect immediately, and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. Every plan can be billed annually for a 20% discount versus paying monthly. Starter is Rs 172,800/year (equivalent to Rs 14,400/month), Growth is Rs 364,800/year (equivalent to Rs 30,400/month), and Scale is Rs 652,800/year (equivalent to Rs 54,400/month). We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. For annual or high-volume plans, we also support direct bank transfer invoicing.

Every conversation and message in your SymplChat inbox is stored permanently — there is no data expiry or rolling window. Your full customer conversation history is always accessible regardless of how long ago it happened.

Yes. All SymplChat plans are priced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion, no dollar billing. Starter is Rs 18,000/month, Growth is Rs 38,000/month, and Scale is Rs 68,000/month.
